My journey into massage therapy began on a clear day at the beach in Nanaimo, where I helped a friend with back pain. As I worked on their muscles, I felt an instinctive connection to the healing power of touch. That moment lit a spark within me. I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to this path. This passion carried me through my training, where I learned the art of various techniques — each one a tool aimed at restoring harmony within the body. I opened Coastal Massage Therapy to create a space where every session could reflect that initial joy of helping someone feel better. I wanted to share my knowledge in a way that resonates personally, creating bespoke treatment plans that address not just symptoms, but the overall experience of well-being.
