Our Story

Island Clinical Counselling Downtown Nanaimo started from a personal journey of transformation. Years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, feeling lost and overwhelmed. It was through my own therapeutic experiences that I discovered the profound impact of holistic counseling. This awakening fueled my passion for helping others find their own paths to healing and self-acceptance. I dedicated myself to training in various holistic practices, eager to offer a blend of traditional counseling and alternative methods. The goal has always been to create a welcoming space in Nanaimo, where individuals feel safe to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions. What drives me each day is witnessing clients reclaim their narratives and find empowerment in their stories. I believe that every individual's journey is unique, and it’s an honor to walk alongside them as they navigate their healing process.
