Our Story

At Holistic Fit, we believe in a holistic approach to fitness that nurtures the whole person. Our founder, Candise Wild, is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor who understands that every individual's fitness journey is unique. With years of experience and a passion for helping others, Candise creates supportive and accessible fitness programs that cater to all body types and fitness levels.

Group Yoga Classes

Single class $10 / 5 class pass for $50 / 10 class pass for $100

Hatha Yoga

Mondays 9:30am

Focusing on alignment and mindful breathing, all levels welcome. This slow class will challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Mondays 7:00pm

A slow 'flow' that moves energy through the body while leading from one posture to the next, designed to cultivate heat through movement.

Chair to Mat Yoga

Wednesdays 9:00am

A joint-friendly accessible class that begins seated and progresses to standing, designed to help increase balance and strengthen the body.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Wednesdays 7:00pm

Focusing on alignment and connecting movement with breath, this active class will challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility.
