Our Story

The creation of Sopa Wellness Centre is deeply personal to me. Years ago, during a challenging chapter in my own life, I discovered the profound impact that holistic healing could have on one’s existence. I was once entangled in the demands of everyday life, feeling fractured and disconnected. As I sought ways to mend both my physical and emotional wounds, I encountered various healing arts that not only restored my vitality but also ignited a passion within me to help others experience the same transformation. What began as a quest for self-healing blossomed into a dedicated commitment to share these powerful practices with my community. Every corner of my life, from the selection of healing modalities to the ambiance of the center, is infused with that nurturing spirit. I founded Sopa Wellness Centre to extend an invitation for others to embark on their own healing journeys, creating a supportive environment where each client can reclaim their sense of self.
