Our Story

My journey into life coaching began from a place of personal struggle. Years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, feeling lost in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was through my own experiences that I discovered the healing power of introspection and intentional goal-setting. Seeing the benefits of this process ignited a passion within me to help others embark on similar transformations. I wanted to create a welcoming environment in Kelowna where individuals could explore their aspirations without judgment. Each client’s story is unique, and I view my role as a guide through their self-discovery. Watching someone reclaim their narrative and build a life they love is the most fulfilling part of my work.
