The vision behind Live Disease Free was born from my own struggles with health. Years ago, I found myself overwhelmed, juggling work, family, and personal health. It was during this challenging period that I discovered the profound impact of personal wellness coaching. The transformation I experienced ignited a passion in me. I wanted to help others reclaim their health too. That's how this journey began. I dove headfirst into training, learning every technique available, but what stood out was my commitment to a holistic approach. I recall a particularly touching moment with a client battling chronic fatigue. By structuring her nutrition and incorporating stress management techniques into her routine, we celebrated her newfound energy as she completed a local hike. Witnessing such changes empowers me daily. I'm driven by the belief that every individual can create their own narrative of health and happiness. This isn’t just a job for me; it's a calling that resonates deeply within the heart of our Kelowna community.
