The inception of Life Coach Kelowna was birthed from my own life-changing experiences. Once swept up in the chaos of daily life, I found myself questioning my purpose, feeling adrift and disconnected. I sought guidance, and through that journey, I discovered the transformative power of coaching. It ignited a passion in me to support others facing similar challenges. One day, after a particularly inspiring session with a client, it became clear to me: this was my calling. I envisioned a place where dreams could be shared safely, where fears could be faced openly, and where growth would be celebrated. Establishing my practice in Kelowna felt like the perfect culmination of my journey—a community that values personal wellness and connection. Every client I work with reminds me of why I started: to empower individuals to reclaim their narrative and build a life they love.
