Our Story

The spark that ignited Freedom Counselling was born from my own journey through life's challenges. After struggling to find a therapeutic space that felt genuine and understanding, I realized there was a need for a place that prioritizes compassion and connection above all else. As a lifelong resident of Kelowna, I wanted to create a haven where individuals could feel comfortable being themselves. Guided by this vision, I pursued my education in clinical psychology and gained experience in diverse therapeutic practices. My passion stems from witnessing the resilience of the human spirit—how, within the right environment, individuals can rediscover their strength and hope. Each client’s story is unique, and I deeply believe that everyone deserves a chance to find their voice. That’s what drives me every day at Freedom Counselling—being a part of your journey toward self-discovery and empowerment.
