Sunny Space Studio was born out of a passion for movement and a desire to create a nurturing environment in Kelowna. After years of practicing Pilates and witnessing its profound impact on health and well-being, I envisioned a studio where individuals could explore their own potential. My journey in Pilates began as a personal quest for balance after an injury, and it evolved into a beautiful community endeavor. Witnessing clients transform through dedication and practice fuels my drive each day. I cherish the stories shared in our studio—the triumphs, the challenges, and the bonds formed.
