Our Story

The Nourished Collaborative was born out of my personal struggles with diet culture and food confusion. Growing up in Kelowna, BC, I always felt a strong connection to the bounty of food available around me. I remember my first garden, the joy of harvesting fresh vegetables, and how that sparked a passion for nurturing not just the body but the mind and spirit through food. After years in a corporate environment, I realized that my purpose was to help others find their own path to healthful eating. I sought out education in nutrition counseling and immersed myself in intuitive eating practices. This journey inspired me to create a space that resonates with authenticity and genuine connection. I want to create a support system for those looking to redefine their relationship with food. Each person’s story matters, and I’m excited to walk alongside you in transforming your health journey into something that feels achievable and inspiring.
