Our Story

The story of Lifemark Sport Medicine Kelowna Mission is deeply personal. After witnessing family members struggle with the limitations posed by injuries and chronic pain, I knew something needed to change. My journey into hydrotherapy came from a profound desire to find a solution that empowers individuals through natural healing. I wasn't satisfied with the conventional paths that often focus only on symptom relief rather than addressing root causes. With hydrotherapy, I found a modality that advocates for patient-centered care—balancing rehabilitation with nurturing. It was essential to establish a space in Kelowna where community members feel safe, understood, and supported in their healing journey. Every day, I am driven by a passion to make a difference and prove that true recovery is possible. Clients walk out feeling like they've reclaimed a part of themselves—a feeling that never gets old.
