Our Story

My journey to establishing Grace & Growth Therapy & Breathwork began with a profound realization during my own struggles with anxiety and self-doubt. Years spent in therapy lit a spark within me—a desire to support others as they navigated their emotional landscapes. I felt the undeniable connection between breath, body, and mind, and it fueled my passion to create a space where individuals could heal holistically. Living in Kelowna, surrounded by nature, has deepened my appreciation for the environment’s role in our well-being. I wanted to harness that energy in my practice. So, I embarked on extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, integrating breathwork and counseling, marrying them in a way that felt authentic and powerful. As I opened the doors to Grace & Growth, I envisioned a welcoming haven where clients could feel safe to explore their vulnerabilities. Each session reflects my belief that healing is a deeply personal journey, one filled with grace and opportunities for growth. It’s a profound honor to hold space for clients as they discover their resilience, and I remain inspired each day by their courage and progress.
