The inspiration behind Balance Point Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine came from a pivotal moment in my own life. Years ago, I faced my own health challenges that left me seeking answers beyond conventional medicine. It was acupuncture that changed the trajectory of my journey—providing not just relief, but a newfound understanding of balance in my body and mind. This profound experience sparked a passion within me, compelling me to pursue extensive training in acupuncture and functional medicine, and ultimately, to open my practice in Kelowna. I am driven by the stories of my clients, each unique yet interconnected by a common desire to feel better.
