Our Story

I started Global Fitness & Racquet Centre out of sheer love for movement and community. Having spent years in the fitness realm as both a coach and an athlete, I witnessed firsthand how transformative fitness can be—not just physically, but also in cultivating connections. When I found this location in Kelowna, I envisioned a space where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, could find joy in active living. My mission is rooted in my own journey; I’ve faced struggles and triumphs along the way, and I know how daunting it can be to take that first step. At our center, we emphasize inclusivity and encouragement, making every member feel valued. It’s about that shared laughter in a spin class, the cheers during a racquet match, and the highs and lows of personal goals. Over the years, we’ve built a family here that thrives on support and motivation, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.
