Our Story

Growing up in a family that valued holistic approaches to health, my journey to becoming a naturopathic physician was a natural progression. I witnessed first-hand how natural remedies transformed my family's health and well-being, igniting a passion within me to explore this path. After completing my rigorous training and obtaining my ND designation, I returned to Delta, BC, to create a practice that embodies the principles I hold dear. My goal has always been to empower others to take charge of their health by providing them with the tools and knowledge to thrive naturally. Each patient’s story fuels my dedication, as I strive to create a safe space for exploration and healing, deeply rooted in the unique needs of our community.
