Our Story

The inspiration behind Dr. Briana Peddle's practice stems from her own transformative health experience. As a young athlete, she struggled with chronic fatigue and frustration over conventional treatments that didn’t resonate with her body. This personal journey ignited her passion for naturopathic medicine—she not only wanted answers but also wanted to empower others who felt unheard and unwell. After graduating from a renowned naturopathic school, Dr. Peddle returned to her roots in Coquitlam, BC, intent on building a space where healing goes beyond prescriptions. She often reminisces about her first patient, a local mother who hadn’t felt like herself in years. Through dedicated consultations, dietary adjustments, and mindfulness practices, they discovered the layers beneath her symptoms. Witnessing that transformation solidified Dr. Peddle's belief that a holistic approach is key to lasting wellness. Today, she continues to foster that philosophy, prioritizing connection and understanding in every interaction, reminding clients that their health journey is as unique as they are.
