Our Story

The word "bhavana" means the capacity to cultivate or call something into existence. At Bhavana Yoga, the mission is to create and foster a safe environment where students are encouraged to be expressive, creative, and in harmony with themselves to call upon the "ahhh" feeling within. The studio believes the sense of bliss is already within each person, and through classes, students can tune in to their thoughts and emotions to manifest that awareness.
