My journey into the world of Qigong began during a challenging chapter in my life. Some years ago, I found myself searching for more than just physical fitness; I yearned for a holistic approach to wellness. Discovering the practice of Qigong transformed my life in profound ways, leading me to become a certified instructor. I wanted to share this transformative experience with others in my community, prompting the birth of I Liq Chuan with Sergei Kham. Each day, I see students embracing their paths towards wellness and balance, and it inspires me. What truly drives me is the happiness on my clients' faces as they connect deeper with their bodies and minds. Our center fosters an environment where healing and learning are celebrated, and the community bonds we create make this journey even more enriching. Together, we explore the depths of Qigong, unfolding its layers and realizing its power. Burnaby is where I call home, and through I Liq Chuan, I aim to uplift everyone in our neighborhood with the benefits of this ancient practice.
