As a Kinesiologist, Fit To Thrive founder Michael Fu takes an approach to fitness using evidence-based methods derived from science. Every client comes with a unique profile—their current skills and fitness level, knowledge and experience, health considerations, and specific fitness goals. Training programs are created to provide maximum results in the safest way forward.
