From a young age, I was captivated by the body's ability to heal itself, especially through touch. Growing up in Burnaby, BC, I witnessed how traditional practices like Shiatsu and Reflexology provided relief that modern medicine sometimes struggled to accomplish. After extensive training and earning my certification, I knew I wanted to create a space that honored both the ancient wisdom of these practices and modern therapeutic techniques. Establishing Shiatsu Bodyworks was a dream realized, and I sought to build a community hub where everyone could explore their wellness journey. What drives me daily is the connection formed during treatments; it’s profound to witness clients transform not only physically but emotionally. Hearing the stories of resilience and triumph has fueled my passion even further. I believe every session should celebrate individuality and the healing potential that lies within each of us.
