Growing up in Burnaby, I always felt a magnetic draw to healing arts. As a child, I would offer shoulder rubs to family members, feeling a sense of joy in their relief. This simple gesture blossomed into a lifelong quest to understand body mechanics and emotional wellness. After studying extensively in various massage modalities, I realized that I wanted to create a space where others could experience the calming effects of touch therapy. Establishing New Heights Massage Therapy was a heartfelt endeavor, fueled by a desire to help people reconnect with their bodies and find peace amid the chaos of life. It has become my mission to turn each session into a safe retreat, a place where every client feels valued and heard.
