Our Story

Bodykneads Massage Therapy Clinic was born out of a desire to create a space where individuals can unwind and heal. After years in the corporate grind, I recognized the calming power of massage therapy during my own wellness journey. It transformed my life, alleviating chronic stress and revealing the importance of self-care. I established Bodykneads because I wanted to share that gift with my community in Abbotsford. Here, we focus not only on physical relief but also on fostering emotional well-being. Each client's journey is personal, and being a part of that healing process keeps me motivated. Watching people walk out of the clinic with renewed energy, smiles, and lighter spirits is what brings me joy every single day.
