Our Story

My journey into fitness began years ago when I discovered the transformative power of Pilates during a challenging time in my life. I took my first class in a cramped city studio and felt, for the first time, the connection between movement and rejuvenation. That experience ignited a passion in me to share Pilates with others. As a St. Albert native, I recognized a beautiful gap in the market—a mobile Pilates studio that meets people where they are, literally. It’s such a joy to watch clients flourish in their own spaces, whether that’s their living room or a local park. I envisioned a wellness practice that feels intimate and personal and allows individuals to explore their fitness journeys without the typical constraints of a traditional studio. And thus, the Mobile Fitness and Pilates Studio was born, rooted in a desire to celebrate every individual's unique path to wellness.
