My journey into the world of integrative health began as a personal quest. Struggling with my own chronic pain and fatigue, I explored various healing modalities, from nutrition to movement therapies. Each discovery resonated deeply with me, igniting a passion to help others discover their unique healing paths. I found that conventional approaches often overlooked the interconnectedness of body and mind. That's why I opened Alycol Integrative Health Services. My goal was to create a haven where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I wanted to bring the same sense of community I found in Spruce Grove to my practice, where every body is treated holistically.
