The journey to establishing Spirit Medicine began unexpectedly in my living room, with nothing but a few Ayurvedic books and a passion for healing. After witnessing how these ancient practices transformed my own life during a challenging time, I felt compelled to share that gift with my community. My background in holistic health gave me the foundation, but it was the personal touch—understanding each person’s story—that truly shaped the ethos of this practice. I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, reflect, and receive personalized healing that resonates with their unique paths. Every client brings their own tapestry of experiences, and I believe in honoring that by providing individualized approaches.
