Our Story

Country Girl Life Coach was born from my own journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Having spent my early years in rural Alberta, I learned early on the profound connection between nature and well-being. Moving to Red Deer, I experienced the challenges many face: balancing personal aspirations with everyday realities. These experiences ignited a passion within me to support others on their paths, guiding them to find their authentic selves. The joy of seeing clients blossom into their full potential is what drives me each day. I’ve crafted my coaching philosophy around the principles of authenticity, resilience, and celebrating one’s unique narrative. Each session reflects my belief that life, much like farming, requires patience, careful planning, and the conviction to adapt to changing seasons.
