My passion for traditional Chinese medicine blossomed during a transformative trip to Asia, where I first encountered acupuncture. Witnessing firsthand how this ancient practice could alleviate pain and restore balance piqued my curiosity and ignited a passion deep within me. Upon returning to Red Deer, I felt an unwavering desire to share these healing methods with my community. The decision to establish Ancient Balance Acupuncture was fueled by personal experience — navigating my stress and health challenges — and realizing the healing potential I could offer others. Now, every day, I strive to connect with clients on a personal level, understanding their unique journeys, which fuels my dedication to fostering not just relief but a deeper sense of well-being within the community.
