I founded RD Nutrition Inc. after my own journey with food led me to re-evaluate not just what I was eating, but how I was feeling about it. Growing up in a household where dietary restrictions were the norm, I saw firsthand how food can be a source of tension and confusion. My passion ignited as I began working with a diverse range of clients, realizing that true wellness stems from understanding and compassion—toward yourself and your choices. In Red Deer, I’ve found a community that values health but sometimes gets lost in the noise of conflicting dietary fads. I want to change that. My mission is to provide a safe space where you can share your challenges, explore your relationship with food, and celebrate your personal victories.
