The inception of Alberta Health Services came from a deeply personal place. Years ago, I was where many of my clients find themselves today – overwhelmed and seeking a way forward. I remember the feeling of isolation, of grappling with emotions that seemed endless. This struggle ignited my passion for mental health, and I dedicated myself to helping others navigate their own challenges. Establishing this clinic in the heart of Red Deer allowed me to create a space where empathy is the foundation of therapy. I wanted to ensure that every person entering our doors knows they are not alone and that their story matters. Having walked this path myself, my mission is not just professional; it is profoundly personal. Every client’s journey fuels my commitment to fostering resilience and creating a community built on support and healing.
