Our Story

The inception of Evergreen Massage and Steam traces back to my childhood, where I witnessed the healing power of touch through my mother, a nurse who often brought home stories of her patients' recoveries. Her compassionate care ignited in me a desire to pursue holistic health. During my massage therapy training, I uncovered my passion for understanding the body’s mechanics and the incredible ways that skilled hands can mend both physical and emotional wounds. I chose Red Deer for its community spirit and the serene landscapes that fuel my creativity and approach to therapy. My mission is personal: to create a safe haven for my clients, where they can shed the burdens of modern life and emerge rejuvenated, ready to embrace their world anew.
