Gypsy Soul Wellness is a holistic wellness center in Medicine Hat, AB, dedicated to supporting women in reconnecting with themselves. Through a blend of trauma-informed practices, including life coaching, yoga therapy, and breathwork, clients are guided towards emotional balance and personal growth in a nurturing environment.
Our Story
Gypsy Soul Wellness was created from a deep desire to support women in coming back into relationship with themselves. In a fast-paced world that encourages constant movement, productivity, and self-improvement, it's easy to lose touch with our bodies, intuition, and sense of aliveness. Gypsy Soul exists as a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to live from a grounded, honest, and true place. Our work is trauma-informed, body-led, and relational, meeting each person where they are without pressure to fix or rush the process.
