The roots of Fire Dragon Taekwondo trace back to a personal journey of self-discovery. I stumbled upon Tai Chi at a difficult time in my life, seeking a form of exercise that would calm my mind while strengthening my body. Inspired by the immense benefits I experienced, I dedicated myself to mastering this art form and sharing its gifts with others in Medicine Hat. I envisioned a welcoming space where everyone—from young children to seniors—could harness the tranquility and strength of Tai Chi. That vision became a reality when I opened Fire Dragon Taekwondo, a place where students are encouraged to explore their potential, connect with others, and discover personal peace through the practice.
