Upon moving to Medicine Hat, I noticed an incredible sense of community but also the struggles many faced, often feeling overwhelmed by life's unpredictability. This inspired me to open Solution Focused Psychology Inc. I wanted to create a space where individuals could not only find relief but also discover their inner strengths. My own journey to becoming a registered psychologist began with a profound realization: healing doesn't always involve delving into the past but instead can focus on the present and future. Each client brings a unique story, and it’s a privilege to walk with them as they uncover solutions and direction. My passion lies in fostering resilience and self-efficacy, empowering clients to craft the lives they envision.
