This realization inspired me to create Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge. I wanted to make yoga accessible and enjoyable—hence the pop-up concept. By hosting classes in diverse locations, I seek to inspire spontaneity and adventure while cultivating a vibrant community atmosphere.
