Founded by Cindy Goldhawk, a dedicated mom and experienced Occupational Therapist, New Heights was inspired by her own journey through motherhood, including challenges with postpartum depression. With over 25 years of experience, Cindy emphasizes a family-centered approach, integrating mental and physical wellness to help mothers and children thrive together.
