Our Story

The story of Envision Wellbeing started with a simple idea: to create an oasis of support for mental health in my own community. Growing up in Lethbridge, I often noticed how critical emotional wellness is and how it intersects with the lives of our neighbors. My passion for psychology was ignited during my university years when I volunteered at local outreach programs, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of mental health services. Fuelled by that experience, I decided to establish a practice that resonates with the diverse journeys of individuals. It was my dream to provide a sanctuary where each person feels seen, heard, and valued. Through thoughtful therapy and genuine connections, I’ve built a space that nurtures courage and resilience.
