The story behind New Mindset for Life is deeply personal. I was once overwhelmed by my own mental blocks, struggling to achieve goals I knew were within reach. After discovering hypnotherapy, I experienced profound changes that reshaped my perspective. This powerful tool ignited a passion in me to help others navigate their own mental hurdles. I pursued extensive training and, empowered by my experiences, built a practice in Lethbridge, AB, where I could share the benefits of hypnotherapy. Each client brings a new story, and it's this connection that fuels my dedication. I believe everyone has the potential to shift their mindset and unlock possibilities they hadn’t imagined.
