Our Story

My journey toward establishing Elevate Integrate began from a deeply personal place. Years ago, I grappled with life’s transitions and found myself searching for effective ways to cope. Traditional therapy provided some guidance, but it was hypnotherapy that truly resonated with me. Witnessing its powerful effects, I was inspired to pursue an education in this field—culminating in both a BHSc. and an M.Ed. Now, as a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), my mission is to create a supportive sanctuary where clients can not only find relief from their struggles but also gain a holistic understanding of their emotional landscapes. Every client interaction is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a shared commitment to exploration and healing. My dream is to see individuals metamorphose into their best selves, and every success story reinforces my purpose.
