Our Story

My journey into the world of traditional Chinese medicine began unexpectedly. As a child, I suffered from frequent migraines that left me unable to participate in daily activities. Conventional treatments provided little relief. It was during a visit to my grandmother that I discovered the soothing power of acupuncture. She introduced me to her family remedies, and I was amazed at how a simple needle could alleviate my pain. Inspired by this profound experience, I pursued my studies rigorously. Today, I proudly run Dr. Sara Duban TCM & Acupuncture. My practice is built on compassion and a deep-seated belief that everyone deserves a path to wellness. Sharing these healing traditions in Lethbridge has become my passion; every day is an opportunity to witness transformation.
