The inception of Refresh Wellness Centre-Leduc came from my own journey of rediscovery. After facing a health crisis that reshaped my perspective on wellness, I sought healing not just for my body but for my spirit too. I realized how vital it is to craft a haven where others could feel supported in their own paths. I envisioned a centre that doesn’t just treat symptoms but nurtures the whole being—body, mind, and soul. This drives every choice I make in the centre, from the services we offer to the environment we cultivate. In Leduc, I discovered a community that embraced this philosophy, which continually motivates me to provide a unique experience. Every client’s story enriches this space, fostering a warm atmosphere of healing and connection that I cherish deeply.
