Our Story

Wild + Free Collective was born from a simple desire—to create a space where individuals could connect not only with their own bodies but with each other. As a lifelong yoga practitioner, I witnessed the profound impact that mindful movement had on my own life. It empowered me through challenges, instilled tranquility in chaos, and fostered connections that transcended the studio walls. In launching this collective, I wanted to offer more than classes; I aimed to cultivate a thriving community in Grande Prairie, where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, could explore and express themselves fully. I remember the nervous energy I felt before my first class, and that inspired our intentionally warm and welcoming environment. We host gatherings that blend yoga with local culture, creating an ever-evolving mosaic of experiences. This isn’t merely about yoga—it’s about embracing the wildness of life and the freedom found in each breath.
