Our Story

The inspiration behind Grande Spirit Foundation stemmed from a personal journey. After years grappling with chronic stress and disconnection from nature, I sought a path towards real healing. The vibrant community of Grande Prairie, where the beauty of nature meets the hum of everyday life, became my canvas. When I envisioned creating a space for healing, I wanted it to echo my story—one of transformation and hope. This foundation was born out of a desire to offer a haven for others seeking balance in their lives. My aim is to provide a nurturing environment that not only supports physical health but also fosters emotional resilience and spiritual growth. Each workshop, class, and wellness service was designed through this lens, with the intent of building a community that thrives on shared experiences of healing.
