The inception of Aberdeen Centre was born from a deep passion for mental health advocacy. My own journey, shaped by personal experiences and a desire to break the stigma surrounding mental health, pushed me to create a space where people could find comfort and support. I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of therapy, and it was my dream to establish a clinic that prioritizes authentic and empathetic connections. Here in Grande Prairie, I wanted to ensure that individuals from all walks of life could access mental health resources without fear of judgment. My commitment to this mission drives every interaction and each service we offer.
