Mastro Fitness Facility was born out of my own transformative fitness journey. Years ago, I found myself caught in the whirlwind of a sedentary lifestyle, struggling with my health and motivation. After obtaining my certifications, I envisioned a space in Grande Prairie where everyone, regardless of their starting point, could find solace and empowerment through fitness.
