Our Story

Dance Fitness YMM was born out of a personal journey of transformation. After years of feeling disconnected from my body and struggling to find a fitness regimen that resonated with my spirit, I discovered Pilates and fell in love. Yet, something was missing—an element of joy, of dance. With this revelation, I envisioned a studio where people could not only engage in Pilates but could also experience the thrill of dance. I gathered a team of passionate instructors, each bringing their unique flair and background, shaping what we now call Dance Fitness YMM. My goal was simple: to create a nurturing space that welcomes everyone, where movement transcends boundaries and fosters connection. Today, every class is a celebration, an opportunity for participants to express themselves and enjoy the process, committing to themselves while becoming part of something larger.
