The spark that ignited A Gut Feeling Nutrition Services came from my own personal journey. Years ago, I struggled with my health and body image, lost in a sea of conflicting diets and trends. It wasn’t until I discovered the power of personalized nutrition, the wisdom of intuitive eating, and the emotional connections we have with food that everything changed. This journey opened my eyes to the nuances of nourishment – beyond just what’s on the plate. I realized that what helps one person may not help another, and that each person deserves a guide who truly understands this. This revelation became my mission. As I delved deeper into nutritional counseling, the desire to create a welcoming environment for others in Fort McMurray emerged.
