Our Story

The idea for Therapeutic Intervention Psychotherapy Services sprouted when I realized the transformative power of therapy firsthand during my own challenges. Growing up in Fort McMurray, I witnessed the toll that stress and emotional strains could take on individuals in a community marked by both beauty and resilience. It became clear to me that mental health support needed to be accessible and compassionate. Inspired by the human connections I've cultivated over the years, I decided to create a space where individuals could feel safe and understood. Each person who walks through my door brings their own story, and my passion lies in helping them untangle the complexities of their experiences. What drives me daily is witnessing the moments when someone realizes their potential for change and growth, and knowing I played a part in that process.
