The inception of Ron Waterfield Executive Coaching stemmed from my personal journey as a corporate leader in Edmonton, AB. After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I reached a point where I felt disillusioned despite my successes. I realized that too many talented professionals were navigating their careers without adequate support or direction. This awareness triggered a profound shift within me. I decided to pursue coaching, equipping myself with certifications that would allow me to facilitate mind-opening conversations.
