The inception of Castledowns Medical and Wellness Centre stems from a personal journey of healing. After witnessing the transformative effects of alternative therapies on a loved one, I was inspired to build a space that marries traditional and holistic practices. Moving from a corporate background to the wellness industry was both daunting and exhilarating. The experience changed my perspective and ignited a passion within me to help others find their path to health.
