My passion for Pilates ignited many years ago when I discovered its profound impact on my physical and mental well-being. I was a dancer, constantly battling the toll that years of performance took on my body. Pilates became my refuge, a way to heal and strengthen. This led me to train as an instructor so I could share this life-changing practice with others. Studio 124 Pilates was born from this desire to create a nurturing environment where people of all backgrounds can find their strength. My goal is to foster a community that thrives on support and positive energy. Every mat session or reformer experience at Studio 124 isn't just about fitness; it's about embracing the joy of movement.
